We prepare and ship packages 7 days a week. However, we may delay your shipment if it's likely to arrive on a Sunday or other day with limited or no postal service. Some plants of our more thirsty plants may need to be watered to ensure they arrive in good condition. These pre-ship waterings may delay your order by up to 1 business day to ensure they're not too wet when we box them.
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We guarantee all of our plants will arrive alive and healthy. We're happy to replace (or refund, depending on availability) any succulents, trees, or other plants that do not arrive in good condition.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 and through random promotions. Join our mailing list to stay up to date with our current deals!
AloeThere doesn't generally offer printing services. However, if your file doesn't need modification and can be printed in a 300x300x300 enclosure, feel free to reach out. We may be able to work something out.
We offer Multi-Packs at a discounted rate but not wholesale bulk. We recommend reaching out to a commercial nursery for large bulk orders.
Tracking can be delayed for a variety of reasons and they're generally not a cause for alarm. However, if the package hasn't arrived and the estimated delivery date has passed. Please let us know so that we can investigate with the shipping service. We guarantee all of our shipments to arrive and meet our strict quality standards.
